1. Features of TOYOPUC-PC10G
TOYOPUC-PC10G is a compact programmable controller with a high-speed computing function (0.015 μs/command at minimum), large capacity equipment information memory (4 Mbyte for standard) and a multitude of communication functions.

High-performance CPU function
Various sequence programs such as "Equipment control", "Equipment diagnosis" and "Information processing" can be executed by high-speed processing using basic commands and application commands that are 0.015 μs/word and 0.05 μs/word faster than PC3JG, respectively. With more than 700 kinds of application commands, signed operation and floating point arithmetic are possible.

Large capacity memory
The large capacity equipment information memory (4 Mbyte) stores helpful information useful for adjustment of equipment or maintenance work, such as comments, project, SFC and I/O diagram.
The basic area of each program and the memory capacity of common areas have been significantly expanded. Due to the expansion of the basic area, it is possible to store the history of up to 64 CPU alarms events. A large capacity expansion USB flash drive of 4 Mbyte can be used. -
A myriad of communication functions
Ports L1 and L2 are provided to select FL-net, Ethernet or FL remote M capable of 100 Mbps communication. Built-in Ethernet is capable of 32 ports opened simultaneously.
Port L3 is provided to select communication with CMP link (computer link), PC link, or SN-I/F (safety PLC TOYOPUC-PCS).
By using USB2.0 in connection with PCwin, reading and writing of the program have been achieved at a higher speed than conventionally possible. -
SFC programming is supported (compliant with IEC61131-3)
Conventional LD (ladder) programming does not present straightforward “operation progress for individual equipment processes.” The SFC, however, presents these visually using flow charts. FBD can be used to standardize ladder circuits in units of functions, facilitating the reduction of drawings and reuse of equipment.
