Manages control device data for each facility unit and acquires data from each control device collectively via Ethernet connection through the integration of design tools for PLC, Safety PLC, Operation Screens, and Motion Controllers (*1). This realizes data sharing between design tools and collective data operation through the batch reading function and the inter-link comment setting function that shares register comments between design tools.

Simulation of the entire facility, including TOYOPUC Safety PLC, can be realized on a single PC. By switching from debugging work using conventional actual machines and corresponding design tools to debugging work using simulation, we reduce the effort of preparing actual machines and shorten design man-hours through simulation linking each control device. This contributes to improving the completion level of customer facilities and reducing infrastructure costs for education and training.
