Update from V2.3R01 to V2.3R02
PCwin-Safe-Nano updated from V1.6R01 to V1.7R01.
[Functional improvements]

-Sped up slow operations when using tools in PCS compatibility mode (CPU).
-Added a 10GX heartbeat detection setting (supported with 10GX Ver3.30 or later and Safety/RS0xIP Ver1.30 or later).
-Added an execution time extension mode setting for PCS compatibility mode (supported with RS0xIP IO Ver1.30 or later combined with Ver1.21 or later).
-Improved the usability of [Display] - [Usage Status] to match PCwin2.
-Enabled the right-click menu during CPU monitoring.
-Added support for errors B6 and B7 in the error monitor (supported with Safety/RS0xIP Ver1.30 or later).
-Added Configuration support to the CIP Safety EDS file reading function.
-Improved the connection settings (CIP Safety) setup/list screens.
-Added "Communication Error Reset Action" (Master only), "Connection Request Retry Time," and "Wait Time After Reset" to the CIP Safety communication option settings.
-Renamed the CIP check option (within originator connection settings).

[Bug Fixes]
-Fixed a false error ("EL080L unimplemented address is being used") that occurred when saving a file in NanoSafety (Master).
-Fixed a false error ("Safety symbol pair code not found") that occurred when using an RMT address with OR in PCS compatibility (CPU).
-Fixed an issue where the vertical line of a double coil could appear broken.
-Fixed an issue where clicking the lower coil of a double coil displayed the contents of the lower coil.
-Fixed issues with the print function.
-Fixed issues related to the start/end of ladder printing.

There are no version updates this time for PCwin-Safe, PCwin-Safe-J, or PCwin-Safe-Plus.
