[Feature Improvements]
- Improved to display icons.
- Improved it so that the manual can be opened from the "Help".
- Improved the simulation function.
a) Improved it so that when specifying a file from 'Select Screen,' it opens the folder of the workspace that is currently open.
b) The following functions are now supported in Chinese comments.
The character encoding of CSV files has been changed to UTF-8, so importing previously exported CSV files will result in an error.To use this function, open the CSV file in Excel or Notepad, save it as, and change the encoding to UTF-8 before using it.

c) Added a "No Setting" option to the "External Link Settings" field.
If you are not using external links, you can disable the setting to prevent the warning message from appearing.
[Bug Fixes]
- Improved the simulation function.
a) Resolved an issue where the IO Disp would be grayed out and unable to be displayed when the following modules were set as IO parameters on a Safety PLC (Slave).
